Our Konnect real-time GPS trackers are backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty and include lifetime free technical support to guarantee you always have help when you need it. Our dedicated support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and can be reached via email any day of the week.

Returns & Refunds

You have 10 days from receiving your Konnect GPS tracker to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, never activated, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please reach out to us at sales@gpstrackershop.com. Note that returns must be pre-approved via email as we do not handle returns over the phone.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for sending back your package. Please be aware that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

*Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns due to the specialized nature of vehicle tracking technologies. This fee does not include any shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Handling Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@gpstrackershop.com if you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent. We are committed to resolving any problems swiftly and will replace defective items under the one-year warranty at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Branding & Advertising

Please be aware that certain products or services on our website may be available under different names or prices at other retail locations. We do not offer price matching with other online resellers. Refund requests within 10 days due to defective items will not incur a restocking fee. All other refund requests may be subject to the restocking fee.
