Konnect GPS operates silently and won’t alert anyone when the battery is low. They also lack Bluetooth, so they cannot be detected or connected to by mobile phones or other devices like Apple AirTags. This ensures discreet, reliable tracking at all times. However, Konnect is NOT a hidden GPS tracker so it would be visible to a driver who looked at the OBD2 port.

The address shown is approximate and generated by Google Maps. It may not include the exact house or building number.

For more precise location details, log in using the web client and click the address in the Report Center. This opens Google Maps and helps pinpoint the correct building number.

In the app, you can get directions to the unit’s actual location using its coordinates. Tap the unit icon on the map to open the information bubble. In the upper right corner, tap the symbol to open a full-page view. The approximate address becomes a clickable link, which opens Google Maps or Apple Maps to guide you directly to the unit.

Your security pin is a four-digit code you create when setting up your account. You’ll use this pin whenever you contact support to confirm you own the account.

Forgot your pin? No problem. Open the app and go to Resources > Account Management. You’ll need to enter your account password to access this section. Once confirmed, your pin and basic account info will appear.

No. Unplugging the GPS vehicle tracker cuts power and stops updates. You can enable tampering alerts to get notified if the device is removed from the OBD2 port, keeping your fleet or family vehicles monitored at all times.

While viewing live tracking in your account, tap or click the red dot (the default icon) representing your unit on the map. This opens an information bubble showing the latest details from your unit, including its current speed.

This means the unit isn’t moving. The time and date shown indicate when it arrived at its current location. These details won’t change until the unit starts moving again, ending the stop.

Canceling is easy. In the app, go to Resources > Account Management, enter your pin, and selectCancel Service to deactivate at the end of the month. On the web, log in to the web client, go to Advanced Options > Manage Devices, and chooseDeactivate. Prepaid plans can’t be canceled mid-term and will automatically deactivate at the end of the term unless renewed.
